Portal Basics
Our dealer portal is an online trading desk that allows our Wholesale Partners to easily view our Silver and Gold product offerings and easily place orders online. You can also track your order history and view shipping information.
Trading Hours are currently Monday – Thursday 5am – 12Am Mountain Tim, Fridays 5am-12pm and Sundays 3pm-12Am. At all other times, Dealers can add items to cart but can not checkout.
Please view this page and fill out our Pre-application for becoming a Scottsdale Mint Dealer. Once filled out, our Wholesale team will reach out and help you finish the process.
You can not register for an account, accounts are made for you by our team manually.
If you have not received an account username and password, please reach out to our Wholesale Team, who will create an account for your business and a temporary password.
We highly recommend all users enable 2 Factor Authentication on their accounts by visiting this page and setting it up. You can enable 2FA by Email or by phone app.
To authenticate by app, you will need a Phone 2FA authenticator app on your phone. Take a picture with the app of the QR code, then enter that code into your Dealer Portal in the provided section to get a popup confirming that the code is synced and working.
Billing and Shipping
To add Billing and Shipping addresses, visit the Addresses section of your account here.
Click Edit or ADD New Shipping Address to make changes. Enter in the details and click Save Address.
All payment from dealers should be done by Wire Transfer. You can view Wire Instructions in your account portal in the section labeled Wire Instructions. If these details ever change or seem suspicious, please call to confirm with our team or email your representative.
Trading
To lock a trade, you will need to login to your Portal account and have a store catalog assigned to you. Navigate to the Trade page and select items you want to add to your cart.
To add items to your cart, input how many of the item you would like to order, then click the + button that displays on the right to add it to your cart. It will now display in the bottom Cart section. Click CHECKOUT when you are ready to review your cart and lock the trade.
You can change your cart up into the point at which you lock the trade. Once the Trade has been locked, you can only cancel the trade, but you can not change the cart after the fact.
While you can add items to your cart 24/7 every day of the year, we currently only allow Partners to Lock their cart and checkout during the business week.
Current trading hours are Monday – Thursday 5am-6pm and Friday 5am-12pm Arizona time.
We also have set blackout dates on major Bank Holidays in the United States, such as:
New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Christmas Day.
Upon locking, your order will be reviewed and manually approved by Scottsdale Mint staff. You will recieve an email notification of your submitted but pending order. You will also see your pending order in your Orders account page.
Additional shipping charges made be added to your Grand Total by our team if applicable. If your order is approved, a confirmation email will be sent and you will be requested to make payment by bankwire, which is expected within 3 business days of acceptance.
Once we have received payment, you will receive an email notification stating we have received your full payment, and your order will move into the processing queue to mint your order.
You will also likely receive an estimated ship date in your account with your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive immediate Shipping Tracking and an email stating your bullion has shipped!
Once your order has been placed, your order is locked and will be subject to manual review and approval by our team.
