We’re excited to announce the next installment of the Egyptian Relic Series, the three-coin 2022 Republic of Chad Kek program.

Within the offering is a 1 oz Proof-like Silver coin, with a world-wide mintage of 10,000.  In addition to this is a 5 oz Silver Antique coin, mintage of 10,000 as well as a 1 oz Proof Gold coin in capsule with a mintage of only 100. 

Kek, an ancient Egyptian god, often depicted as a frog-headed man, played a significant role in the mythology and religious practices of ancient Egyptian society.

He was associated with the chaos and darkness of the primordial waters and was considered a powerful deity who had the ability to create and destroy. Kek was also believed to be a helper of the sun god, Ra, and played a role in the creation of the world according to Egyptian mythology.

In ancient Egyptian society, Kek was often worshipped by those seeking protection from evil and chaos, and his name was frequently invoked in magical spells and incantations.
